The Truth is we are all being influenced to buy every day and we are being marketing to 365/24/7 so why do we hate it so much? Sometimes I think there are just too many good choices out there? Could that be true?
But what really makes me Cray-Cray is when I feel manipulated with shame or guilt that I am not good enough without my Manolo Blahniks or BMW convertible!
Which creates questions in my mind like:

- Will I get what I really want (result) if I have this?
- Will this solve my #1 problem or not?

Note: The bolded ones are tangibles so if you work with energy you may want to rethink how you talk about it. If you are a health care or image/beauty you usually fall in the last 6. If your service solves any of those problems cha-ching! However, the big caveated is to fan a DESIRE that already exists. And that my friend taps directly into the 7 Deadly Sins: Pride, Envy, Gluttony, Lust, Anger, Greed, Sloth. I know this is not very high-minded or conscious it is very basic human stuff and most of us are very basically human. Pride, Envy and Lust basically drive my wanting designer clothes,shoes and a fancy car. However, if you asked me I would say “I love things of beauty that are made well, have style and are unique”. That is driven by Gain praise, acknowledgement and being popular. This can get very shuttle or not so shuttle. Ask yourself: Why do I buy Apple Computer Products?Why do I want to go to Canyon Ranch Spa?
Or why do I binge on Sex in the City or Gossip Girl
When you really start to understand why people buy your stuff and you fan the flame of desire (what they want) you will magnetize them, and they will want to buy your services and work with you over someone else.
