What does Spinning have to do with building a Business or being an Entrepreneur? Well first off You have to visualize You’re crossing the finish line and winning. I follow Taryn, modeling her every move–she’s the master. Spinning is a roller-coaster-ride, just like building a business, feeling good, feeling bad, feeling good. You have to be a demand for moving forward, be able to think fast and change directions on a dime and pull all the stops out and go for it!
It’s important to have Your Optimum Energy as a Entrepreneur. Because I am a busy Entrepreneur I know the #1 resource that I have is My Energy. Gotta have it to keep it all going and be able to serve more people with my gifts and skills. Unfortunately some of the most successful entrepreneurs leave themselves for last…..
The 3 Best Practices:
- Don’t be listening to that Voice in Your head …the one screaming “I can’t do this!” We all have limiting beliefs…the one’s that tell us we are not good enough, not smart enough, and who are we to think we can do that, anyway. The problem is that we are listening to it! Stop focusing on what you don’t want and live like you are already have it and you can’t fail. Live each day like you are The Best.
- Good is Good Enough (so often, especially women) We think it has to be perfect before it can go out. Or that we have to have mastered it all before we can do it. The Truth is if it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing poorly. You have just got to take the next step.
- Correct and Continue Once you have taken your best shot. Evaluate what’s working and what’s not and then make adjustments for next time.
I invite you “Go on a Rampage of Kindness.”
