Stopping the negative self talk

I hate to admit it, but sometimes I can work myself up into feeling like a spinning top—full of raging emotions and spinning negative self talk.

Thank god I have a great mentor that can reel me in and reflect the voice of loving kindness and reason. As a creative entrepreneur, I can take myself to Crazy Town pretty easily.

So, today, I just stopped. Instead of being a  permanent resident in Crazy Town, I moved to the beach for a quiet walk. I am so grateful to live close to the beautiful Pacific ocean. Plopping down in the sand, breathing in the fresh air taking some sweet time for myself. Ahhhh, much better.

What kind of time have you been taking just for you? We serve and support others, AND, sometimes, we need some space to breathe. It’s your turn to take some sweet alone time for yourself. Just go do it. Then, come back refreshed and renewed.

Breathe Deeply, Laugh Loudly and BE Audacious!
