What is my Plan? Where am I going? What should I do?
We all get caught up in all the marketing hype and what’s the the sexiest thing out there: Video, Social Media, Writing a Book, Pinerest. You need to be asking yourself… Do I need clients? Do I need more exposure?
Do I need to drive more traffic? What is the next right action for me to do? It’s not one size fits all.
Look to See Where You Are. Think about it. What is Your Personal Perfect Profit Model? Are you an extravert and love to be with people? Then choose the Speaker / Trainer / coach model. Or are you someone who is shy and shines with online info products and support services? Decide the right model for your strengths and talents.
Know where You are going. Plan out the next 60 days. Before taking massive action, map your course. Start with the “Big Rocks” the ones that are revenue generating activities. ROCKS are revenue generating activities — speaking, networking, making sales calls. Then add in the “Pebbles”. These are non-revenue generating activities. The Truth of the matter is You should only be concentrating on the revenue generating activities and delegating everything else.

The 80/20 Rule applies here. Only 20 Percent of what you do will produce 80 percent of your income…so stay focused on the Big Rocks. My mentor said she fails 80 percent of the time and is only successful 20 percent and she’s a millionaire! She simply chooses to focus on the 20 percent….So fall in love with failure…Remember You are always failing forward. The only real failure is giving up.
Once you have your activities planned out and know where you are going and how you are going to get there (at least projected, since it most likely won’t look like you’ve planned it)
…… get into action and enjoy the process.
